You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it, and we guarantee that the purchase amount will be credited to your account within five business days after we receive the return. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and may be high, especially since items need to be sent back to China. However, after negotiation, you may be eligible for a partial refund without having to return the product.
To avoid customs issues, choose the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option when returning your order. Otherwise, the returned goods may not reach our warehouse and could get stuck in customs.
Step 1: Fill out the return form

Step 2: Send your order
Ship the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Make sure to use a tracking code for the package! As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive your refund
As soon as we receive the package, we will process your refund and credit the purchase amount to your bank account within five business days.
