Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Definitions
The following definitions apply to these terms and conditions:
Withdrawal period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or commercial activity and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: calendar day.

Duration of the transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of goods and/or services whose delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time.

Durable medium: any means that allows the consumer or the entrepreneur to store information addressed to them in such a way that future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information is possible.

Right of withdrawal: the option for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the reflection period.

Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers goods and/or services to consumers remotely.

Distance contract: a contract in which, within the framework of a system organized by the trader for the remote sale of goods and/or services, one or more means of remote communication are used until the conclusion of the contract.
